Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Welcome to the Direct Macro website (the “Site”). These terms and conditions, together with the rules and guidelines found on the Site, describe what you can expect from Direct Macro and what Direct Macro expects from you as a Site user.

Direct Macro provides access to the Site and its resources, software and products subject to these terms. Direct Macro may update these Terms and Conditions for Use of Service periodically. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Site Access

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or are visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to these terms, Direct Macro grants you a non-exclusive right and licence to browse and access the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including purchasing items for your own use or resale through the Site where explicitly permitted.

Unauthorised use of the Site immediately terminates the licence and rights granted by Direct Macro and may subject you to civil or criminal proceedings.

Content Access

You may not modify or use Site content for any other purpose without Direct Macro’s express written consent. You may use Site content only for shopping on the Site or placing an order, and may not use any Direct Macro, licensor, affiliate, subsidiary, co-brand partner or other partner logo, trademark or proprietary graphic as part of a link without prior written consent.

Sites Linked

Sites linked from the Direct Macro Site are not monitored by Direct Macro. Direct Macro assumes no responsibility or liability for the operation or content of linked sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute a reference, endorsement or recommendation.

Pricing, Description and Inventory Errors

Despite our best efforts, products may occasionally contain an incorrect description, stock status or price due to a typographical, informational, technical or other error. Direct Macro may refuse or cancel an order and amend, correct or remove inaccurate information.

If the correct price is higher than the stated price, Direct Macro may contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Direct Macro Site and its materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Direct Macro disclaims all express and implied warranties relating to the Site, its operation, contents, information and materials, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree that Direct Macro and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys and representatives have no liability in connection with the Site, its operation, contents, information or materials, including damage to computer hardware, data, information, materials or business resulting from the Site or the lack of availability of its content.

Direct Macro has no liability for:

  • Loss or injury caused in whole or in part by its actions, omissions, negligence or contingencies beyond its control in procuring, compiling or delivering services, information or data.
  • Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Site services, information or data, regardless of cause, or delays or interruptions in delivery.
  • Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance on services, information or data furnished through the Site.

This limitation is comprehensive and applies to all damages, including direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Products Sold

Direct Macro is not the manufacturer of products purchased by customers. The only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Direct Macro or its affiliates. Except as expressly stated, Direct Macro disclaims all express and implied warranties relating to products sold, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The sole and exclusive maximum liability to Direct Macro arising from products purchased is the lesser of the product price or $10,000. Direct Macro is not liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to a product sold. This does not affect the terms of any manufacturer warranty.

Payment Methods

Direct Macro accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Net payments are available to qualifying customers only. Contact [email protected] for additional information.

Florida Sales Tax

Sales tax is required for orders shipped to destinations within resident business states. Orders shipped to Florida will be charged sales tax at the appropriate rate. Tax-exempt customers must send a copy of their tax-exempt form to [email protected].

Acceptance of Order

Until shipment, orders are not considered confirmed. Direct Macro reserves the right to approve, cancel, confirm, reject or restrict an order for any reason. Electronic correspondence or confirmation does not constitute an offer to sell, approval of an order or acceptance by Direct Macro. Orders over $500 may require pre-authorisation and a valid payment method.

Customer Data Protection

Direct Macro maintains appropriate procedures for the physical and technical protection of buyer information. Direct Macro will not alter, reveal except as required by law, or access buyer information except to prevent technical difficulties or address a support issue at the buyer’s request.
